Preparation
Of 0.05M Phosphate buffer of pH 6.8
1. Weigh
13.609g of monobasic potassium dihdro-orthophosphate (KH2PO4) into a beaker
2. Transfer
and washed into a 2000ml volumetric flask with deionized/distilled water
3. Make
up to the mark with deionized/distilled water.

continuous stirring.
6. Transfer
the solution into a 5 litre volumetric flask and made up to the mark with deionized/distilled
water (pH 7).
is there only only KH2PO4 used for potassium buffer???
